Servando Art Gallery was founded in 2003, in Havana, Cuba. We have defended as a fundamental premise the direct dialogue with the most emerging artistic practices. This will of constant updating has allowed us to consolidate a plural look around the most contemporary Cuban art visual scene. The preference for a type of art of marked experimentation provides us with an unusual variety of supports that range from the most traditional ones, such as painting, drawing, photography and sculpture, to those introduced by postmodern renovations (installations, video art, and performance, among others).
In the recent days the gallery had has a constant participation in ZONA MACO Mexico international art fair. The gallery has also participated in international fairs such as ARTBO, Art Lima, (e)merge, Houston Fine Art Fair, ArtToronto, in America, ARCO, Swab Barcelona, ArtMadrid, Art Bruselas, Enter Art Fair in Europe. Since the beginning, the gallery has developed a constant and direct work at Havana Biennale.
